Join our team at Fulton Hogan as a dedicated and experienced Waters Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for managing a skilled team, ensuring project timelines and standards are met, and driving continuous improvements in our operations and make a tangible impact on Northland’s infrastructure projects.

In addition to the above you will:  

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance and construction of 3-waters infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve high performance.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and systems improvements.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry best practices and innovations.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in 3-waters infrastructure management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for infrastructure management.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications and training in water infrastructure management.

  • Valid driving licence (Class 1 essential, additional classes desirable).
