Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc. is seeking a VTC Lead to join our government project supporting onsite at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA; or Ft. Belvoir, VA to manage the operations for VOC COOP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work under general supervision
- Develop the requirements of a product/project from inception to conclusion.
- Develop required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
- Lead and coordinate with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
- Work independently as a VTC Lead performing as shift lead duties for first, second, or third shifts, providing guidance and direction to VTC admins on the same shift in the VOC, VTC Operations Center.
- Perform duties of VTC administrator while performing duties of junior engineer and/or VTC Lead.
Minimum Experience:
Two to Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two projects in technical areas, including networking and/or Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years. Additional experience in the Video Teleconferencing arena, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting VTCs in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to provide leadership for other VTC Administrators and training for new VTC Administrators.

Cisco CLTECH - Cisco Certified Technician Supporting Cisco Collaboration Devices
