Job Description

• Design and implement customized CCTV systems based on client requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and related equipment.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments to determine optimal camera placement.
• Support and involve in proof of concept or demo during tender presales stage and project implementation stage, if required.
• Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems, such as access control and alarm system and Building Management System.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' CCTV systems.
• Perform regular check partner and discuss about system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Document system designs, configurations, and maintenance records.
• Train clients/ partners on the operation and maintenance of their CCTV systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology.
• Collaborate with Partner engineers and technicians on projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Responsible for the detailed system design, solution completeness and support in implementation of medium to large scale IT/ Engineering projects with high complexity and within budget to comply to specifications and meet customer’s requirements.
• Support and involve in proof of concept or demo during tender presales stage and project implementation stage, if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Information technology or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and implementation of IT / Security System Engineering projects, preferably related to enterprise grade Video Management, Video Analytics System and Integration Systems. 
• Fluence in English, Bahasa
• Strong leadership coupled with excellent client, vendor and team management skills as well as good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex technical solution to customers.
• Analyse complex technical requirements from customers, propose both on-premise and cloud-based video and integration with the other systems related solutions and system architecture to meet requirements
• Evaluate products/solution from our inhouse product and capable to narrow down the choice of vendor’s product based on solution quality, product performance and cost effectiveness
• Actively engaged in system design review with customers and capable to contribute as an in-depth technical domain expert.
• Able to work independently and act as “technical advisor” to project team and customers to resolve technical related issues
• Certifications in CCTV systems or related fields (e.g., Axis Communications, Hikvision/ China Product, Pelco, Avigilon, Honeywell, etc.).
• Experience with other security systems (e.g., access control, alarm systems) for integration. 
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in CCTV systems.
