About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product with a strong background in cybersecurity to lead our product strategy and execution. This critical leadership role requires a seasoned product executive who can drive innovation, shape the product roadmap, and deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners.

As the VP of Product, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Coro’s mission and aggressive growth goals. You’ll collaborate with our customers and partners as well as with our own engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and deliver a best-in-class cybersecurity platform tailored to the needs of mid-market customers.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Coro’s business objectives.
  • Ensure the platform remains competitive and addresses emerging cybersecurity challenges.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver cohesive and impactful product solutions.

Partner and Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Deeply understand partner and customer needs, pain points, and feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless adoption and value realization.

Cybersecurity Expertise:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to guide product development.
  • Ensure Coro’s platform addresses the unique security challenges faced by mid-market organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing to position Coro as a market leader in SMB cybersecurity.
  • Partner with sales to ensure the product supports revenue growth and partner-driven initiatives.


Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry, ideally with B2B SaaS platforms.
  • A strong experience building and designing SMB SaaS solutions
  • Proven success in defining and executing product strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI and modular product architecture is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the mid-market customer segment and its unique challenges.

  • Home Assignment – A short take-home task designed to assess your skills and strategic thinking in a practical setting.
  • Home Assignment Presentation (60 min, in person) – A session where you'll present your assignment to key stakeholders, demonstrating your approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Interview (45 min, via Zoom) – A discussion with senior leadership to assess alignment with the company’s vision, culture, and long-term goals.
  • Final Interview (30 min, via Zoom) – A conversation with HR focused on company values, culture fit, and any final questions before moving forward.
