We are a start-up offering an end-to-end digital insurance platform focussing solely on European entrepreneurs and SMEs. We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. In short, we’ve made getting insured quick, transparent and simple.

We know how to innovate - our team of seasoned entrepreneurs has built a host of successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce (HelloFresh, Bloomon and SumUp to name a few!).

We’ve already raised over €25M in funding from leading investors (Accel Ventures, Frontline Ventures, Visionaries Club, Nico Rosberg, etc.), who love what we do and see the potential for a revolution in digital insurance.

We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

Your Role as VP of Product

As our VP of Product, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and driving Insify’s product vision. We need a leader who will immerse themselves in the world of insurance quickly and bring a fresh perspective, while connecting deeply to our purpose. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead our product strategy, inspire cross-functional teams, and create impactful solutions for entrepreneurs across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Master the Product Landscape: Quickly learn the intricacies of the insurance industry to create impactful, customer-focused solutions.
• Inspire Teams: Build strong connections with our analytical, results-driven engineering and product teams. Motivate and energize them to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Set the Vision: Define and execute a clear, strategic product roadmap that aligns with our mission and drives measurable results.
• Expand Horizons: Drive innovation and scale as we expand into international markets, ensuring product localization is seamless and intuitive.
• Lead with Drive: Work closely with the CEO to harness entrepreneurial energy while maintaining focus on the big picture.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 10+ years in product leadership roles, ideally at a fast-paced tech or startup company.
• Passion and Purpose: A genuine excitement for our mission and the ability to connect teams emotionally to it.

• Leadership Skills: Strong self-awareness and a situational leadership approach that enables you to lead and inspire diverse teams.
