We are seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Procurement to lead our exceptional procurement team. This role is pivotal in driving our procurement strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization to enable the business to reach its objectives.

As a VP of Procurement at JFrog you will...

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of procurement professionals, and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Category Expertise: Demonstrate diverse knowledge and experience across various procurement categories, with a strong emphasis on technology, cloud services, software, and SaaS.
• Process Development: Develop and implement robust procurement processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with senior management and key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

To be a VP of Procurement at JFrog you need…

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant end to end procurement experience including Companies with 1,000+ employees and a global presence.
• In-depth understanding of procurement best practices, particularly in technology, cloud, software, and SaaS categories.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational strategy, as well as strong negotiation skills that enable the company to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors.
• Data-Driven Mindset, strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize procurement operations and drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers fostering long-term relationships.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
