VP of Partner Strategy, Product & Technical Integration
Salary: $201,573.00 per Year
Permanent position, Full Time, M-F, 40 hours per week.
Job Description
1. Leadership of Product Integration and Technology Innovation with Partners :
o Oversee and guide the technology direction of the company, ensuring that engineering projects align with market leading partners.
o Lead the innovation and development of new technologies and engineering solutions that can be commercialized through partnerships.
2. Commercial Partnership Strategy Development:
o Develop strategies for commercial partnerships that leverage the company's technology to develop and deliver products that align with our partners product strategies .
o Foster relationships with partners to collaborate on technology development and integration projects, aligning technology roadmaps and business objectives.
3. Technical Financial Oversight and Budget Management:
o Manage the financial aspects of technology development projects as it relates to our partner strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
o Ensure that investments in engineering and technology for our partner initiatives yield optimal returns and align with the company's financial goals.
4. Technology-Driven Marketing Strategy and Execution:
o Formulate marketing strategies that highlight the technical superiority and unique features of the company’s products and services.
o Utilize your engineering knowledge to communicate complex technical concepts in a marketable way to potential partners and customers.
5. Technical Negotiation and Executive Sponsorship:
o Lead technical negotiations with strategic partnerships, ensuring that product development and integration considerations are at the forefront of discussions.
o Act as an executive sponsor for key engineering projects, providing leadership and direction.
6. Engineering-Centric Product Pricing and Monetization:
o Develop pricing models and product offerings that reflect the value of the company's technological innovation.
o Focus on monetizing the company's engineering advancements, especially in open-source technology.
7. Industry Relationship Building in Tech Sectors:
o Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major players in technology sectors relevant to the company’s technology focus.
o Leverage these relationships for collaborative engineering efforts and technological advancements.
8. Sales and Business Development with an Engineering Focus:
o Identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with the company's technology development strengths and market demands.
o Lead initiatives to secure investments and partnerships that support engineering-driven product development.
Education and Experience Required:
Master of Science in Engineering with business/management coursework OR Financial Engineering or related or foreign equivalent, plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Head of Analytics Engineering with 4 years of experience using MATLAB, Selenium, TestRail, Postman, Swagger, and software language skills in Python and SQL.
