We are looking for
The person we are looking for is a proven marketing leader with a strong customer-centric mindset, a passion for creating and delivering strategic marketing campaigns, and a track record of driving brand growth and creating opportunities for additional revenue. The ideal candidate in this role will have a sophisticated understanding of the call center technology and/or SaaS ecosystems and will provide insight and strategy that will contribute to the continuous innovation and delivery of Acqueon's brand and products. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a history and passion for leading marketing teams and individuals who can contribute to the growth of their department.
As a VP of Marketing at Acqueon you will
- Lead Acqueon’s marketing strategy, development, and delivery.
- Formulate and execute marketing campaigns and oversee multiple teams of highly talented marketers.
- Determine your talent needs and maintain the marketing department.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop and retain employees under your purview.
- Play a key role in determining which technologies, services, toolkits, and methodologies should be employed to optimally achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide leadership and vision for development and implementation of marketing and overall brand improvements.
- Set and drive cross-functional objectives and priorities and form a vision for the future of the enterprise.
- Exhibit objective leadership and openness to other views, while putting success of organization and team above own interest.
As a VP of Marketing in Acqueon you will need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, MBA, or related fields.
- 10 to 15+ years of leadership experience with focus on strategic marketing development and delivery.
- Leadership experiences in leading teams that have marketed call center technologies or similiar B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in leading and developing remote and distributed teams and executing cross-functional projects.
- A familiarity and proficiency with marketing tools to support campaign management in a timeline sensitive environment.
- A strong understanding of the B2B call center ecosystem and how to best market material for this audience.
- High accountability when it comes to meeting deadlines and ability to lead numerous projects simultaneously under time constraints.
- Ability to provide leadership and vision for development and implementation Acqueon's brand and products.
- Ability to work hybrid or onsite at Acqueon's Dallas office.
