Job Overview:

The Vice President of IT Enterprise Reporting within the IT Support Operations team in Production Services is a visionary leader with a robust technical background. This role is pivotal in steering the company's strategic IT initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless operation and advancement of reporting systems at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Thinking and Innovation: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for enterprise reporting. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovative solutions that align with the company’s goals.

  • Technical Expertise: Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of all enterprise reporting systems. Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure, data management, and business intelligence tools to optimize reporting processes.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including Technology and Product, to understand and meet their reporting needs. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in IT Operations and Reporting. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Impact on Company Growth: Contribute to the company’s growth by providing insightful data analysis and reporting that supports strategic decision-making. Ensure that IT reporting aligns with business objectives and drives value.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

    • Successful execution of strategic initiatives and projects on time and within budget.

    • Improvement in the performance and reliability of enterprise reporting systems.

    • Enhanced collaboration and communication with other departments resulting in high satisfaction rates.

    • Implementation of innovative solutions that drive process efficiencies and business growth.

    • Demonstrated impact on company growth through effective data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on enterprise reporting and data management

  • Proven track record of managing effective teams and delivering successful IT projects

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data analytics, and business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and ServiceNow

Pay Range:

$141,700.00 - $236,100.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
