We are seeking a VP of GTM Revenue Marketing to create the vision for how we develop a scalable, repeatable growth engine across various markets, industries, and audiences. In this role, you will own the development and execution of our GTM revenue marketing strategy, which targets new business growth, expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell motions. You’ll oversee solutions and product marketing, GTM strategy, GTM marketing, and Partner Marketing, to create scalable, predictable growth and establish a team culture that merges GTM strategy with marketing excellence. Your team will be the experts who have deep market, product, and customer knowledge that leads to relevant, timely, and remarkable marketing programs. You understand the value and impact of customer storytelling and content as a way to grow awareness and shift perception. You can set strategy and hold expectations while being hands-on in leading, educating, and increasing your team of marketers.
The ideal candidate is a creative and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in B2B enterprise marketing, and experience working in complex organizations with complex products and solutions. You are curious and tenacious, always looking for new ways to solve problems in an easy-to-understand, customer-centric manner. You can thrive in the unknown, comfortable with charting a path where there isn’t one to follow. In this role, you will establish new ways of working with sales, product, customer success, and divisional teams across WordPress VIP and Automattic. You will use data, customer insights, and performance marketing tactics to create full-funnel GTM campaigns that scalably and repeatedly increase pipeline, drive revenue, and optimize marketing’s impact across the customer journey. You will work closely with Brand by bringing together GTM, solutions, and partner marketing teams to develop relevant messaging, offers, and experience that lead to pipeline and revenue.
Not only will you set the strategy within your business, but you will contribute significantly to the WordPress VIP Marketing strategy and roadmap, as well as Commercial investment planning for WordPress VIP.
