Job Summary

    The Principal Account Executive is responsible for acquiring and preserving new search agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers of clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. The role also works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the client's needs are met and exceeded.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
    • Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines.
    • Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert on the service lines across all accounts.
    • Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows.
    • Drive volume growth and achieve performance targets through demand generation and execution of placements.
    • Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients.
    • Establish strategic partnerships with Third Party entities.
    • Expand market share for AMN service offerings.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
