SME Ad Effectiveness – Brand Lift SME

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Be the key subject matter expert for the Ad Effectiveness products proactively engaging in the sales process in collaboration with the sales leads.
  • Effectively support sales to achieve product growth targets.
  • Be the point person with the client to address questions in relation to how products fit into workflow of the clients
  • Build strong partnership with sales leaders; consult and support the needs of the sales teams, ensure strong partnership with sales enablement.
  • Keep on top of market trends and feed these back into the product and sales team
  • Drive internal and external awareness and understanding of competitive differentiation of the products.
  • Partner with sales enablement to own internal adoption and education of capabilities. Build collateral to support the sales process.
  • In collaboration with product and marketing build out customer collateral that aligns with external positioning of the product capabilities. Outline compelling proof points and rationale for why customer should want to use our new capabilities
  • Expected to speak at industry events around the benefits of our Ad Effectiveness products.
  • Work closely with product managers to synthesize and prioritise key customer roadmap asks
  • Support product in pricing for products in collaboration with finance, support product target creation with finance.
  • Work with the Design and Customer experience leads ensure effective simplified product onboarding.
  • Actively provide input into what partners could be good for Dynata to drive Ad Effectiveness revenue

Brand Lift SME

  • Experienced In brand lift measurement, media measurement industry with hands on experience selling or using the tools.
  • Industry domain expertise in Ad technology, and depth of understanding on how advertising campaigns are evolving with Identity and clean rooms leading the way.
  • Owned sales portfolio of research or media lead products
  • Worked with a global remit with agencies and advertisers

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Superior customer thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong expertise and workflow understanding of the advertising and media industry and experience in sales organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working in a matrix structure with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise customer engagement and relationship development
  • Very comfortable at being a single contributor as well as managing direct teams and virtual teams.
  • Adept at building competitive benchmarking and product positioning materials.

Brand Lift SME

  • Own relationships and implementation process with key strategic data partners and build out relationships with critical publisher integrations that drive product growth

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience of the market research industry with strong domain understanding of Brand lift measurement in the advertising & media industry
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience is leading commercial partnerships and customer relationship roles. Beneficial to have experience in product management, project management and or customer success.
  • Accustomed to owning a quota / accountability for product revenue performance
  • Experience of complex products & business lines
  • Experienced in using research data to drive outcomes combined with new and emerging technologies
  • Experience of managing cross business projects.

The salary range for this position in is $180K-$220K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status
