Your Impact: 

The Illumio User Experience team is a talented and diverse group of designers who work closely to build forward-thinking security products using cutting-edge technology techniques and ideas. We strive to build an inclusive culture that fosters innovation, teamwork, creativity, and growth. 

As a Visual Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to own and craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You'll collaborate with your design partners(interaction designers, researchers, PMs and engineers) to leverage and evolve the design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree, or equivalent relevant experience

• 2+ years of UI design or User Experience Design

• Understanding of HTML and CSS

• Experience with one of the following design tools: Figma, InVision, Sketch, Photoshop

• You have a portfolio you're proud of and can’t wait to show us. 

• Strong eye for design and has knowledge of typography, color, prototype, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems, scalable icon system, reusable components, and type systems.

• Skilled in system design, prototyping and motion design.

• Design at appropriate levels of fidelity from wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.

• You care about responsiveness, accessibility, and small details like alignment down to the very pixel and micro-interactions. 

• Good communication skills with the ability to present work and findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to adapt, deliver results, and manage ambiguity in ever-changing landscape.

• Ideally experienced in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity products, with an understanding of complex enterprise design needs.

Compensation:

$126,000 USD - $145,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
