Position Summary:
As one of the leading online fashion brands, Princess Polly Retail Stores is nothing short of exhilarating! We create world-class in store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships. We are looking for a Visual Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate, skilled and innovative team that is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.
As an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be crucial in enhancing our store’s visual presentation, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will craft and execute visual merchandising strategies, analyze sales data, and ensure all displays align with our brand’s objectives. This role requires close collaboration with both the store team and HQ to implement effective merchandising strategies and optimize store performance. Additionally, you will assume key holder responsibilities, including managing store operations, ensuring security, and providing leadership.
Commercial Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful visual presentations.
-Previous experience as a key holder or in a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred.
-In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, visual merchandising principles, and best practices in store presentation.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and apply insights to merchandising strategies.
-Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a flexible approach to working varied hours, including nights and weekends.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
Salary Banding: $70K-$75K
