Un poste sous contrat VIE - USA – Talent Specialist est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) à Grand Prairie, Texas (situé entre Dallas et Fort Worth, Texas). Vous rejoindrez l’équipe des Ressources Humaines Amérique du Nord et travaillerez pour AHI ainsi que pour les Ressources Humaines région Amérique du Nord.

Vous reporterez au Directeur des Ressources Humaines, Airbus Helicopters Amérique du Nord.

Missions et responsabilités :
En tant que VIE Talent Specialist, vous serez responsable d'assister les efforts relatifs à la gestion des salariés dans toute l’organisation, afin d’identifier, évaluer, développer et retenir nos talents au sein d’Airbus Amérique du Nord. Vous vous assurerez des procédures de Talent Review, et du planning de succession, Revue des Ressources et du planning stratégiques des effectifs à un niveau société et régional.

Vous échangerez avec les partenaires au sein des Business Partners internes et des parties prenantes RH au travers de la région Amérique du Nord, afin d’aider à développer leurs compétences présentes et futures.

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :
● Comprendre et implémenter des procédures spécifiques à la région dans les domaines du développement des employés et du talent management

● Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe des Business Partners Ressources Humaines afin d’assurer l’application des procédures adéquates et le bon flux d’information relatif.
● Aider à définir et appliquer la structure de la Gestion des Compétences d’Airbus Amérique du Nord
● Aider au développement de la revue des effectifs standardisée et annuelle, impliquant aussi de travailler avec des parties prenantes pour anticiper les besoins en effectif et le plan d’action en découlant.
●Tracer la rétention des employés, et coordonner/exécuter les tâches y afférant, projets, et initiatives (tels que sondages, entretiens de sortie et autres données); développer les mesures finales.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir (20% de trajets internes) et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
● Titulaire d'une licence a minima (ou équivalent) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou une discipline apparentée.
● 1 an d'expérience en entreprise
● 2+ ans d’expérience démontrée dans le domaine, hors stages/alternances de préférence
● Une expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique et/ou en gestion de projet serait un bonus

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
● Maîtrise des Outils informatiques:
- Google Suite
- Connaissances en Workday
● Aisance en présentation
● Esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais niveau avancé/de négociation à l’écrit comme à l’oral, le français est un plus.

The contract duration of this VIE position is between 12-18 months depending on the US Government decision on your J-1 visa.

A VIE for a USA - Talent Specialist has arisen within Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) in Grand Prairie, Texas (located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas). You will join the North America Human Resources organization and will support AHI as well as HR North America.

You will be responsible for supporting organization-wide People-related efforts
to identify, assess, develop, and retain talent within Airbus North America. Assists with Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, Organizational Development, Competence Management, Resource Review, and Strategic Workforce Planning at entity and regional level.
Partners with internal business partners and HR stakeholders across the North American region to help develop skilled talent today and into the future.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:

1. Understanding and implementing region-specific processes in the areas of employee development and talent management
2. Working closely with the Human Resource Business Partner team to ensure
3. appropriate process and procedural flow of information.
4. Helping define and apply the Airbus North America Competence Management framework
5. Supporting the development of the annual, standardized resource review, including from working with various stakeholders to anticipate resource needs, then developing an action plan
6. Tracking employee retention and coordinating/executing retention-related tasks, projects, and initiatives (such as surveys, exit interviews, and other data); developing outcome measures.

This role will involve up to 20% domestic travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills
You have the following skills and experience: (Bullet points to be used).
● Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree in a relevant field
● One year of full-time business experience
● 2+ years of relevant work experience, not including apprenticeships or internships, is preferred
● Prefer experience in aviation industry and/or project management role

Technical tools and skills
● Strong computer skills – proficient in Google Suite
● Prefer demonstrated knowledge in Workday.
