Essential Requirements:
- 5-6 years of professional video editing experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong understanding of video editing techniques.
- Proven experience with efficient video rendering workflows and export settings configuration.
- Solid knowledge of video file formats, codecs, and compression settings.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video content.
- Ability to handle long-form content and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A powerful PC capable of exporting 4K 10-bit 60fps footage (preferred).

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube content focusing on creative storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
- Manage and improve video rendering workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality exports.
- Optimise video rendering processes to minimise bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
- Configure export settings for different video formats, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to meet content deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video editing and rendering.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior editors on best practices and workflow improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with color grading, sound editing, and other post-production tasks.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects and Photoshop.
- Experience working on YouTube content or similar digital platforms.
