VP Of Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced VP of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment efforts for our Philippine operations, focusing on large-scale hiring and ensuring our talent strategy aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition for a team of 12,000 employees in the Philippines, ensuring recruitment aligns with organizational objectives.

  • Oversee a team of 45-60 direct reports, including recruiters and talent managers, to meet annual hiring targets.

  • Manage high-volume recruitment of approximately 4,000-5,000 hires per year, across various levels and functions.

  • Develop and implement a long-term talent acquisition strategy that anticipates workforce needs and builds a talent pipeline.

  • Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top employer in the Philippine BPO industry.

  • Improve recruitment processes using technology, data analytics, and assessment tools for efficiency and quality hires.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business growth and expansion plans.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Foster diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, reflecting the rich cultural diversity of the Philippines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing large teams (45-60 direct reports).

  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning and recruitment process optimization.

  • Strong understanding of the BPO industry and talent challenges specific to the Philippines.

  • Experience in employer branding and promoting a positive work culture.

  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
