WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Vision
- Create mid and long term strategic product visions that drive alignment cross-departmentally
- Develop a long term roadmap with key milestones, resource plans, and OKRs that map to this vision
- Champion the Product Vision repeatedly to gain executive buy in, drive employee awareness, and ensure business clarity around prioritization and tradeoffs
- Balance quick wins and long-term investments in the products
Think Big
- Find game changing, disruptive opportunities and develop concrete plans for how to take advantage of them
- Be an expert on up-and-coming technologies that create new opportunities
- Validate assumptions through hands on client feedback, research, and analysis to verify addressable markets
Lead
- Proactively collaborate with counterparts in client success, design, engineering, and analytics to develop the best user experience
- Provide clear guidance for system design and function for enterprise initiatives
- Ensure the product management lifecycle is repeatable and scalable with clear goals, timelines, and expectations for delivery
- Obsessed with intentional leadership, business context, client insights, strategic mindsets, critical feedback, and stretch goals to run/build a world class team
WHO YOU ARE
- Heavy experience in growing SaaS scaleups, breaking into new markets with product solutions
- Proven success in GTM, client development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing tradeoffs for industry-leading business software products
- Unconstrained by the resources available
WHAT YOU BRING
- Extensive, hands-on experience defining user experience, creating user stories, and managing requirements for user-facing web products
- Excellent track record of successful internet services launches
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to think through product scenarios and prioritize objectives from all perspectives
- Managed product teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Experience in SQL and knowledge of relational database structure
- Knowledge of the language modeling and speech analytics is a bonus
- Solid grounding in UI/UX fundamentals
- Willingness & ability to work as a generalist
