About the Role

As the Vice President of Product Marketing at Mobi.AI, you will be pivotal in defining and sharing the story behind our AI-driven mission. This role focuses on shaping Mobi’s brand narrative, launching and marketing new products, and building thought leadership that enhances our presence in the AI and technology sectors. You will drive the storytelling for existing and new products, ensuring our message resonates with organizations and their end-users.

Mobi.AI is in an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for someone who not only possesses the required skills but also brings a sense of creativity and vision to the role. You will think deeply about how a brand story connects with partners and ensures that messaging aligns with how we present ourselves to the world. Beyond just clients, you will focus on how we position our company to those who rely on our products to serve their audiences. This requires a holistic understanding of translating our product capabilities into a compelling narrative that resonates across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Product Storytelling: Craft and refine narratives for B2B products that resonate with our customers and their end-users, ensuring cohesive messaging across external and sales-focused channels.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive optimization and impact.
  • Thought Leadership and PR: Build and amplify Mobi’s voice in the industry through thought leadership initiatives, PR strategies, and industry awareness efforts.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to create compelling pitch decks and marketing materials that support business growth and align with customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure a unified message across all touchpoints.
  • Event Representation: Represent Mobi at key industry events, including conferences, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities, showcasing our AI solutions and vision.

 Skills 

  • Experience in Product Launches: Proven track record of launching and marketing products in B2B and consumer-facing contexts.
  • Expertise in Storytelling: Strong ability to align product storytelling with broader brand messaging, ensuring a seamless connection between how we market to organizations and how they deliver value to their end-users.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies that build thought leadership and drive awareness.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and growing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing trends and best practices in AI, SaaS, and technology-driven industries.

The base salary range for this US full-time position is between $190,000 - $225,000 and is eligible for an annual company bonus, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. All candidates receive equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits offering. The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for candidates. The following factors are considered when determining the compensation offered: work location, skills, experience, and any relevant education or training.
