Why you’re a great fit: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles with people management experience.
  • Proven success in delivering HR initiatives that align with and support business goals.
  • Experience in leading organizational transformation and effectively managing change.
  • Strong capability to partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Expertise in programs for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Preferred experience in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations undergoing transformation or restructuring.
  • Preferred demonstrated success in driving measurable outcomes in HR initiatives and cultural enhancement.
  • Preferred strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
