ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In this second-line leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of Area Vice Presidents and Enterprise Account Executives focused on large, high-value accounts across key verticals like Retail, Commercial Real Estate, and Industrials. You’ll drive aggressive revenue growth, develop talent, and build a winning, customer-obsessed sales culture. This is a critical leadership role with direct impact on our next stage of expansion. You’ll report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Area Vice Presidents and their Enterprise Account Executives to exceed ambitious revenue goals
  • Own the strategy and execution for expanding our footprint across large, high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Drive operational rigor around pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to each vertical, ensuring deep market penetration and value-based selling
  • Build a strong, development-focused management layer and cultivate future sales leaders
  • Analyze business and customer trends to proactively adjust plans and seize opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution
  • Foster a high-performance, winning sales culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Manage and optimize budgets, headcount, and resources across the team
  • Uphold compliance, reporting, and governance standards in all activities

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B sales teams, ideally in SaaS, IoT, physical security, or adjacent industries
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams and consistently hitting aggressive growth targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable operating plans
  • Strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Data-driven and operationally excellent; experienced with CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled at building vertical-specific strategies to drive deep account penetration
  • Highly organized and comfortable operating at scale across complex deal cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support team and client engagement
