As the VP of Product Management, you will lead the Real-World Data product management team to drive product vision and strategy, while also providing business leadership across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance to enhance product development processes.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field
  • 15+ years in a strategic Product Management role
  • Extensive experience working with RWD, data products (APIs, data feeds and informatics components)
  • Deep understanding of life sciences and healthcare industry with a proven track record of driving significant client impact through innovative product development.

  • Experience in transforming client business needs to commercially viable product sets with excellent knowledge of life sciences and healthcare data, insights, and methodologies
  • Ability to build, lead, and grow a product management team in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert at leading major investment in platform initiatives in a scaled agile environment, both with internal development teams, as well as external vendor partners
  • Graduate Degree in sciences or related field

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Build a product management framework for prioritizing and validating new and existing data analytics use cases
  • Work closely with our market and customer base to identify and validate opportunities that drive new product opportunities
  • Develop and drive a product roadmap that focuses on identifying unmet customer needs and driving improvements across our offerings
  • Deeply collaborate with data strategy and data services leads to help identify new data assets for acquisition and dramatically improve our product/service offerings
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative feedback and data into meaningful product decisions
  • Collaborate heavily with commercial teams on go-to-market strategy, including the creation of user communications, marketing materials, training and support materials
  • Actively contribute in managing revenue targets by working closely with the sales, commercial and product teams
  • Collaborate with the wider Product Team across Clarivate to ensure our data assets are being properly leveraged to deliver high customer value and delight.

About the Team

The Real-World Data (RWD) Team is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to harnessing the power of real-world evidence to drive impactful insights and informed decision-making.  

Hours of Work

This is a full-time role, mainly during core business hours in your local time zone, with the flexibility to accommodate various global time zones as required. It is a hybrid position, involving up to three days a week in the office.
