As a Vice President of Daily Banking Cebu within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction, ensuring our operations align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Your role as a visionary leader will involve promoting innovation and operational excellence, with a proven track record of achieving business results. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Daily Banking Cebu, contributing significantly to the organization's success.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the function.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Daily Banking Cebu, ensuring processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, partners, and customers. Act as a key liaison to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
- Develop and manage the budget ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard the organization's interests.
- Drive the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, or services within the function. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of the Daily Banking Cebu. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on progress and achievements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
