About the role

Our leadership team at Attain continues to expand, and we are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Client Services to guide our dynamic account management team. This role will drive the goals, vision and execution of our client services function, overseeing relationship management across a diverse range of industries and agencies. You’ll partner with senior leaders across the broader sales, product and strategy organizations, to provide innovative solutions across our growing portfolio.

As Attain’s offerings evolve beyond measurement, programmatic media, insights & activation, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence through success of partner campaigns and help us achieve significant business growth. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with a strategic mindset to shape the pivotal future of Attain’s client facing initiatives. 

What a typical week might look like

  • Client Strategy & Business Growth 
    • Implement strategic account planning processes to grow our top client relationships and partnerships
  • Lead and Develop Attain’s Client Services Team
    • Build, mentor and scale a high-performing team that ensures Attain’s indispensable value to leading agencies, brands, platforms and media owners
    • Guide the Client Services team to foster and grow relationships to ensure identification of new opportunities, upselling and increase the longevity and value of partnerships
    • Execute and manage clear KPIs for retention, expansion and multi-product adoption, which will drive a proactive, growth-focused and deliberate client engagement
    • Identify and implement best in class processes to increase efficiency, scalability & impact
  • Operational Excellence & Performance Insights
    • Oversee the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal—ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact at every stage
    • Drive a high-touch, insights-driven approach that moves beyond reporting, to proactive recommendations that unlock additional investment
    • Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Partnerships, Strategy, Ops) to eliminate friction points, revenue blockers, and inefficiencies
  • Customer Advocacy & Industry Influence
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client needs directly inform Attain’s product roadmap, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategy
    • Be a voice in the development of thought leadership and best practices to solidify Attain’s role as the gold standard in outcome-based media measurement

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising space, with a strong focus on measurement software & technology, programmatic media and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • 5+ leading and developing an account management team in a multi-solution suite, preferably across data, analytics and measurement
  • Proven track record of success in driving 90%+ client retention by creating a high-switching cost with customers, through deep product adoption & utilization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data-sets and derive actionable insights and business strategies
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while driving results
  • A vast expertise and network to be able to successfully maintain senior level relationships with key clients, traders, agency stakeholders and executives amongst the digital advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP)
