As we aim to expand our market presence, channel sales are projected to constitute a large proportion of our business. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Channel Sales to lead this strategic initiative.

The Vice President of Channel Sales will spearhead the development and execution of our channel sales strategy, overseeing a team of 4-8 professionals with plans for growth. This role requires a hands-on leader adept at establishing programs, enabling partners, and recruiting resellers to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.

Candidate preferred location is Denver, CO. Open to candidates within a 3-hour flight radius willing to be in the Denver office every other week.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development (30%): Identify, recruit, and train resellers and system integrators, focusing on technical platform delivery, particularly in the video streaming sector.

Co-Selling & Pipeline Management (30%): Collaborate with partners to manage sales pipelines, qualify opportunities, and drive joint sales efforts to meet revenue targets.

Program Development & Reporting (30%): Design and implement channel programs, manage distributor relationships, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in channel sales leadership within a technology company, managing deal sizes ranging from $25,000 to $500,000.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and expand indirect sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing reseller networks, managing sales pipelines, and achieving channel quotas.
  • Experience with resellers or system integrators focusing on technical platform delivery, especially in video streaming, is highly desirable.
  •  Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to foster relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Benefits

Total Compensation package: $180,000-350,000.

The total compensation package range includes base salary + variable compensation and represents the anticipated low and high end of our compensation package range for this position. Actual salaries and benefits will vary and will be based on a range of factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. The compensation package is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
