Card Implementations team, dedicated to onboarding Commercial Card and Prepaid payments solutions to diverse clients around the globe
As a Card Implementations Project Manager Team Lead within our global client services team, you will be committed to introducing Commercial card and Prepaid payments solutions to a diverse range of clients worldwide. Your focus will be on surpassing client expectations while aiding the development of new products and technology. You will manage a team of high-performing implementation project managers, aligning resources and outcomes to meet the organization's overall goals and objectives. You will oversee staff projects to ensure efficient processes are in place for an exceptional client experience, while also ensuring that the team feels supported and empowered in their roles..
Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team of implementation managers responsible for working directly with clients and multiple internal teams on the integration of complex solutions for new and existing clients
- Have a deep understanding of Commercial Card and Prepaid products, the organization, and priorities.
- Modernize the client experience by understanding client needs and applying the appropriate scalable and sustainable solutions
- Partnering with Products, Servicing and Operations to architect the optimal onboarding experience for newly launched products
- Navigating strategic enhancements focused on simplifying client engagement activities, automating manual tasks and delivering a client-centric engagement with clients at every touch point and approach delivery with an eye towards deepening customer relationships
- Recruiting and maintaining a team of world-class talent, leading the strategy and attainment of essential key point indicators; providing regular executive management updates to partners and senior management
- Fostering a strong risk and controlenvironment aligned to the firm's control agenda and promoting an environment of inclusion, engagement, and innovation across the North America Implementation team
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Dynamic, high-energy leader passionate to navigate the organization forward
- Prior experience managing teams, projects and programs
- Commercial Card or Transactional banking/payments knowledge
- Proven success implementing change
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
- Outstanding ability to convey senior leadership messages in both verbal and written form
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Experience in process simplification and ability to identify and implement global best practices across segments and regions
- Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap to continually enhance the client and employee experience
