The Role


As a Venue Operations Specialist, you will be contributing to the expansion of our operational presence across football clubs in Europe.You will play a key role in managing the process of installing our cutting-edge equipment and systems in various sporting arenas. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us on this journey and help us build the next way of seeing sports.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage portable kit(s) domestically and support portable matches throughout Europe.
  • Maintain legacy equipment in venue either personally or with a contractor.
  • Site visits for Dragon upgrades.
  • Manage installation process for Dragon upgrades.
  • Maintain/troubleshoot Dragon systems.
  • Provision equipment and help manage shipments into country (Phones/Switches/etc).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed (up to 50% of time).

 

What You Have:

  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills (Flemish and French languages).
  • Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
  • Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6).
  • Valid driving license and experienced with travelling.
  • Willingness to transport equipment with own vehicle if needed.
  • Experience with sending/receiving shipments (knowledge about customs is a plus).
  • Ability to work at heights (small to medium ladders).
  • Efficiently able to document your work on-site (photos/notion docs/spreadsheets/etc).
