Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary, but some of your tasks will include:
• Managing projects such as launching new growth journeys, executing outstanding marketing activities, defining and implementing sales strategies, or recruiting and managing A+ teams—all related to building new businesses.
• Developing and executing new strategies as you acquire new knowledge.
• Supporting expansion efforts and daily operations.
What We Expect From You
You possess an extraordinary work ethic with an extreme sense of urgency. You have an exceptional drive and aim to be the best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you undertake, are proactive, and follow through on all your goals. At the same time, you are humble and share our passion for building and developing businesses. Additionally, we expect you to:
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• Have experience from a startup, consultancy, bank, or other top-tier organization.
• Have EU or UK work authorization.
• Possess exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Have a genuine interest in learning and improving yourself and others.

We count over 1,200 active leaders as members. We are active in Denmark, Sweden and Finland with our head office located in the heart of Copenhagen.
