In this role, you will facilitate and manage relationships between organization and vendor/partner, complete regular due diligence, and manage vendor/partner relationships through ongoing performance and risk monitoring. Supports the day-to-day delivery of other vendor/partner risk functions including process monitoring, reporting, and end-user support. Responsible for creating and analyzing reports provided to both internal business line leaders and vendor/partner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for negotiating contracts with new prospective vendor/partner and coordinating re-reviews of contracts for existing relationships
- Creating new and/or updating existing standards, policies and procedures for vendor/partner relationships
- Responsible for working with internal business line leaders and vendor/partner in managing and setting regular meetings including monthly, QBR, onsite visits
- Responsible for working with various departments in understanding, reviewing and reconciling invoices for vendor/partner for accuracy and timely
- Conduct periodic performance and risk reviews of existing vendor/partner
- Collaborate with business and various risk subject matter experts to address and/or mitigate identified risks
- Facilitate remediation for any vendor/partner related operational issues
- Ensure vendor/partner relationships adhere to company policies and are compliant with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Work with various business lines to ensure new vendor/partner due diligence and supporting documents are properly captured in the appropriate systems such as Supplier Information Management (SIM) system and the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system
- Manage recurring reports to be shared with the organization which will include risk ratings, policy exceptions, performance and other risk management key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure business needs, questions, and concerns are addressed with accuracy and thoroughness, and within specified time frames; review complex requests and work to resolution in an equitable manner; ensure actions are conducted in an ethical and professional manner
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Business, Finance or Related - Preferred
Years of Experience:
- 1 year - Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance or Related - Minimum
- Knowledge of conducting risk assessments
- Knowledge of regulatory examinations in financial services
- Knowledge of Information Security frameworks and standards such as ISMS, ISO, and NIST
In Lieu of Education:
- 4 years - Third-Party Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance or Related - Minimum
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $58,800 - $83,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
