Job Description
The Value Creation Manager will lead efforts to identify, quantify, and deliver measurable value for clients through innovative technology, data-driven insights, and strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure rockITdata’s solutions generate maximum impact for business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to identify critical business challenges and opportunities for value creation through technology and process improvements.

Develop detailed value realization plans, including ROI calculations, cost-benefit analyses, and success metrics.

Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.

Monitor and report on the progress of value delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. Work closely with internal technology leaders and teams to design innovative solutions that drive client success and position rockITdata as a leader in health technology and data services.

Serve as a key point of contact for client executives, ensuring clear communication of value creation goals, progress, and results.

Partner with internal teams to align solution development with client priorities, emphasizing real-world impact and long-term success.

Develop and share best practices for value creation across the organization and with clients.
Required Qualifications

Must have a BA/BS

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Background in technology consulting, requirements management, capture or value realization within a large health technology company.
