OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for fresh, creative ideas to join our Betting Entertainment Tools team (BET). You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction, collaborating closely with the product owers to review, refine, and define our design strategy for both new and existing products. Our mission is to elevate betting experience through immersive betting solutions that will lead way to a new era of sports betting supported by emerging technologies (computer vision, microbetting, Generative AI – ChatGPT etc.).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We are expanding our current design team at BET. You'll collaborate closely with product owners to bring ideas to life, from initial conceptualization through to development and QA. In this role, you will:
- Design and develop wireframes and mock-ups: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups for web and mobile applications, ensuring design clarity and functionality.
- Prototyping tools: Use prototyping tools to build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for effective testing of design solutions.
- Feedback collection: Collect and assess feedback from clients and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals.
- User research: Conduct user research, translating findings into designs that meet business objectives and prioritize user needs.
- Stay updated on trends: Incorporate the latest industry trends and best practices to keep designs innovative.
- Present design solutions: Confidently present design solutions in reviews, integrating stakeholder feedback.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and team members for cohesive project outcomes.
- Adherence to design standards: Maintain consistency by following design guidelines to ensure a unified user experience.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- Experience: 3+ years as a UI/UX, interaction, or product designer, with a proven track record in high-quality design solutions.
- Prototyping skills: Advanced in Figma or similar tools to create detailed, interactive prototypes for user testing.
- Expertise in Figma: Proficient in components, auto-layouts, styles, and plugins to streamline workflow and ensure consistency.
- Responsibility and Technical understanding: Maintains high-quality standards and reliably meets deadlines. Understands technical aspects of design and collaborates effectively with engineers to address limitations.
- Cross-platform design: Skilled in designing for iOS, Android, and web with platform-specific expertise.
- UX knowledge: Deep understanding of user behavior, designing with empathy to anticipate UX challenges.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and user-centered design.
- Creative and open-minded: You bring a curious, innovative approach to problem-solving, consistently thinking outside the box.
- Independent and team-oriented: Excels in both independent and team settings, managing projects and adapting to shifting priorities.
- BONUS: Technical skills in HTML/CSS or web frameworks, or experience/interest in Web 3.0, AI, VR/AR, or metaverse. Start-up experience, showcasing adaptability in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in animation tools (e.g., After Effects) to incorporate animations and enhance UX.
