Job Description
This is a temporary job - Maternity Leave Cover
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric, visually engaging digital experiences across our product portfolio. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life, ensuring that our products are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate has a passion for design systems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is proficient in Figma, designing with reusable components.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces across web and mobile platforms while adhering to our design guidelines.
- Design System Creation: Develop, maintain, and scale a robust design system and design language that ensure consistency and efficiency across all product teams.
- Component-Based Design in Figma: Build and organize reusable components in Figma, ensuring they are aligned with the design system and easy for cross-functional teams to implement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring designs from concept to final product. Advocate for UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex design systems and solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Design Systems: Proven experience in creating, managing, and evolving design systems and design languages.
- Figma Expertise: Extensive experience using Figma to build component-based designs and maintain design libraries.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with product managers and developers.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect design execution and a consistent user experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with animation and interaction design.
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced environment.
