We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our international cross-functional team. You will play a key role in reshaping and expanding our internal system used across various departments. You will be involved in all aspects of the product development process, with a primary focus on defining the user experience for our new internal system.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with a diverse, international team to shape innovative product solutions that redefine tax-free shopping experiences.
- Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and product concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability studies to gain insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create UI designs that align with our brand identity while ensuring user satisfaction and accessibility.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and a user-centric approach.
What you bring?
- You have solid experience (3+ years) in designing, shipping, and iterating on responsive web
- Demonstrated track record for UX & design of multi-language, global products
- You got experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers and other business stakeholders, ideally at a consumer software product company
- Experience in all stages of the design process – from concepting, creating wire frames & prototypes to final visual/graphical designs & specifications
- Ability to collect, clarify, and translate customer needs into conceptual designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma and/or Adobe XD
- Experience in working with the design systems
- Basic knowledge in Frontend development (HTML, CSS)
- Having a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on user-centred design and functionality
- Thinking in information structures, data hierarchies, user flows, and usability principles
- Striving for visual clarity, simplicity, consistency, balance, and beauty
- Strong desire to quickly externalize and test your designs, you enjoy regular feedback
- Demonstrate a strong customer orientation - actively seek innovative ways to improve user experience
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team, effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
