Job Description
The UX Writing Student Program is a 1 year minimum program designed to develop and grow exceptional UX writers. We aim to build Wix’s next generation of outstanding UX writers from this small group of driven and talented communicators.
We offer a 1 year program for students graduating in 2026, and extend it to 2 years for those graduating in 2027.
Program dates: July 20, 2025 - June 30, 2026 (2 year program ends June 30, 2027)

Learn the fundamentals of UX writing and write for products applying the Wix methodology, tone and voice

Contribute to impactful projects within a supportive framework and with 1:1 mentorship

Be part of every stage of the content cycle – from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping content to production, collecting feedback and implementing improvements

Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, analysts and other stakeholders at Wix, as well as other writers from around the company

Juggle multiple projects at once while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines

Conduct extensive product and user research

Play a key role in the successful localization of our product for our global audience (21 languages and counting)

Qualifications

A current student with at least 1 year of studies remaining.

Fluent in English. This means not only impeccable grammar and spelling, but also a deep understanding of American English nuances, idioms, and cultural references.

Must be available July 20 - October 16 for a full-time bootcamp in person at the Wix Campus. Starting October 16, 2024, you’re available for at least 20 hours / week, as a part-time UX Writer on one of our product teams.
