- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and implementation.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all product offerings.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.

- Support the development team by providing design specifications and assets during implementation phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and past projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable.
