We’re looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer who thrives on tackling complex problems and crafting seamless, elegant user experiences. This role will focus on contributing to the design of our product platform, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering impactful solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, see your designs come to life, and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities

Collaborate early with cross-functional teams including product management, development, customer success, implementation and marketing to ensure UX design integration into the product lifecycle is technically feasible and meets design standards.

Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements for web and mobile.

Conduct user research with internal teams and customers, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
-
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for adaptive web and mobile platforms.

Support the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products.
-
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to usability testing and iteration cycles.

Partner with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent design experience..
-
3+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise web and mobile applications.
-
3+ years designing for enterprise and SaaS applications.
-
Strong interaction design skills and a solid understanding of user - centered design principles and patterns.
-
Understanding of Design Thinking processes and their implementation into engineering and product priorities.
-
Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
-
Experience designing for responsive web applications and mobile/tablet platforms.
-
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data visualization and user research methods.

Ability to communicate design concepts effectively across different audiences.
-
A collaborative spirit in working with product/engineering teams as well as other designers.
-
Experience working within agile development teams.
-
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to collaborate in a team environment.
