JR67747 UX Designer - GCM

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and implement UX designs for web and social media platforms using AEM.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences.
• Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize user interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Micron brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and social media projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: UX design certifications or relevant coursework.
• Experience working in a global or Enterprise environment.
• Experience working on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) design requirements
