About the Role:
As a User Acquisition Manager at WeSki, you will manage and optimize large-scale, high-budget acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Your role will include developing strategies and executing campaigns to acquire new users globally. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytics) to ensure campaigns align with WeSki’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead end-to-end management of global paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Optimization and Analysis: Initiate, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize scale within meeting the ROI targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Creative, Analytics, Product) to ensure campaign alignment and continuous improvement.
- Measurement and Reporting: Set clear metrics for success, track performance, and use data to drive strategic decisions and optimizations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, smart bidding, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage these for campaign growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years of experience in managing B2C/B2SB, large-scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Excel and Google Ads is a must.
- Proven success in leading and executing initiatives that moved and improved key business metrics
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and prioritize based on potential assessment.
- Creative problem solving: Ability to tackle a problem from different angles, consider different datapoints in order to ensure the optimal solution is implemented.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning in PPC advertising - an advantage
- Skier / Snowboarder - always a plus
