Role
Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for our Consumer Apps portfolio (BeReal,Wizz & WeMoms) and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.
- Manage a team of several user acquisition managers: helping them grow, recruiting top players and letting go underperformers
- Develop a flexible, data-backed user acquisition strategy that prioritizes rapid experimentation and leverages unconventional channels and methods for maximum impact.
- Identify and execute new opportunities across both traditional and alternative growth channels to scale user acquisition.
- Monitor acquisition metrics and adapt strategies rapidly in response to real-time data. Leverage learnings to pivot and optimize as needed to maximize budget impact.
- Stay attuned to the latest growth hacking tactics, industry trends, and competitor moves. Constantly seek and test new, disruptive acquisition tactics.
- Communicate the results of acquisition tests, successes, and learnings to stakeholders, demonstrating both measurable impact and adaptability.
- Working closely with studios, product teams, data teams, creative teams and our marketing partners to adapt our growth strategy to changing needs
- Sharing your UA expertise and best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth and innovation
Profile
- You are an expert in paid acquisition for mobile applications: you are intimately familiar with UA platforms
- Background in growth hacking, experimentation, or viral growth strategies and have previous experience with international and localized acquisition campaigns.
- You have a track record of managing several people in a team
- You are structured and data-driven, and can leverage creativity to solve problems. You are well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes, have advanced knowledge of excel and experience of statistical analysis tools
- You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment
- You can demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
- You are fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
