The Opportunity
As a User Acceptance Tester II, you will contribute to the discovery, execution, and implementation of new or enhanced functionality that improves the user experience of both internal and external customers, helping to facilitate the client experience and grow our company in the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute various testing documentation based on defined business and/or system requirements, ensuring the software is functioning properly and is free from defects
- Regression test
- Document and report defects, following them through to resolution
- Maintain a test script and/or case library
- Help define requirements and suggest improvements
- Contribute to creating user documentation and may help train end users
- Learn and perform testing to help teammates when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, perform testing and problem solve
Ideal Qualifications
- Three years experience in a testing or analyst role
- Experience with annuities a plus
