Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in the advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Illuminate USA is seeking highly motivated team members to help the company grow from startup to a full scale, industry leading manufacturer with $1B - $2B expected annual revenue and over 1,200 employees in less than two years.

Key responsibilities (Supervisory responsibilities and duties – other duties may be assigned as appropriate:
1. Develop and implement quality management systems and objectives for the respective areas of responsibility.
2. Organize standardized operational management for products under your responsibilities.
3. Participate in quality planning for new products and implement corresponding preventive measures.
4. Coordinate, handle, inspect, and supervise daily affairs related to Process Quality Control (PQC).
5. Control testing costs and labor costs to improve work efficiency and service quality.
6. Establish standards for operational compliance checks in PQC
7. Develop operational compliance check guidelines for PQC.
8. Actively promote and implement quality improvement activities.
9.Implement and verify the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures.
10. Responsible for the development and training of engineers and team leaders
11. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the quality of PQC work.
12. Conduct assessments of the achievement of process quality (KPIs).
13. Assess and evaluate the performance of PQC personnel.

Qualifications:
1. Strong Knowledge of production safety, lean production, six sigma, production quality.
2. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
3. Strong learning ability, curiosity, and openness to learn new things with a sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.

Ability to Lift up to 35 lbs.
Education and Experience:
1. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
