Senior Manager II will craft the product strategy, the product roadmap, and work closely with multiple business and tech stakeholders to bring the product and business vision to life. This role will be required to create Last Mile product solution for customers while incorporating requirements from internal stakeholders (Store operations, Last mile Strategy, Spark Business, Mile products, and Driver experience). This role will lead the effort for complex, cross functional highly visible last mile densification initiatives.  

 

The Senior manager II will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as deep dive data and insights from business teams, to craft a compelling product solution to solve the problem. The breadth of engagement for this role spans product management and engineering, strategy, supply chain, middle mile, and store operations.

You’ll make an impact by: 

· Leading the team that generates an omnichannel product roadmap by aligning business, operations, and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities 

· Setting vision and strategies for your product family within Last Mile Delivery, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives

 

· Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership 

 

· Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
