PURPOSE 
IQVIA’s US Regulatory Science and Study Innovation team is seeking a Site Strategic Solution and Relationship Lead responsible for developing and executing site-based network strategies to drive growth, differentiation, and superior performance across the IQVIA human data science business. This new role offers a strategic opportunity to build a network of healthcare organizations (HCOs) to optimize clinical and real-world study delivery, innovate new solutions, enhance efficiency, and create connections for new opportunities.
The candidate has a strong background in healthcare and experience in building customer relationships. The Site Strategic Solution and Relationship Lead will lead operational activities associated with network development, from identification and outreach through contracting and ongoing engagement with established network members. The candidate should be self-sufficient and capable of driving and delivering site-based network strategy with minimal oversight.
The candidate demonstrates successful experience with the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Network planning:
•    Develop and drive the IQVIA Site Network strategy, to increase study throughput, maximize site productivity, and EMR data access, across the IQVIA portfolio, whilst maintaining high quality standards. 
•    Select sites for pilot involvement based on their operational performance metrics.
•    Develop and implement the IQVIA Site Network strategic plan promoting growth and differentiation.  Work with the Site(s) to drive & monitor delivery of strategic imperatives across IQVIA teams. 

Network development:
•    Establish and nurture strategic relationships with Site(s) executive stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty, drive business growth, and promote innovative solutions.
•    Develop deep understanding of Site(s), key stakeholders & environment, and their needs to facilitate pharmaceutical research. 
•    Support the contracting with health systems, including appropriate coordination with IQVIA Legal and / or Corporate Development teams, proper management of IP obligations, etc. 
•    Proactively promote Site(s) internally and externally, maintaining its visibility and image and liaise with KOLs and site therapeutic teams to win work and support Site Network expansion. 
•    Collaborate closely with various IQVIA Product Teams to implement innovative tools at sites, enabling technology-driven solutions that enhance the efficiency of study delivery.

Network management:
•    Maximize opportunities for the Site(s) to participate in studies (interventional/non-interventional) or evidence networks that match site capabilities, by collaborating with therapeutic area/project strategy teams. 
•    Collaborate with all IQVIA team members across RDS and RWS, working with the Site(s), to overcome any site related barriers and challenges that affect the ability of the site to produce quality project deliverables in an effective, efficient, and timely manner. 
•    Ensure IQVIA processes integrate with those of the Site(s). Drive adoption of IQVIA systems by Site(s) or create and execute guidance and solutions for internal teams when this is not possible. 
•    Develop, maintain, and share performance metrics as well as pipeline information with the Site(s) on a routine basis. 
•    Support all IQVIA staff working within the Site(s), share best practices and lessons learned regarding site relationship management. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 
•    Extensive knowledge of health system operations and a deep understanding of site-specific needs. 
•    Strong business development skills and sales experience. 
•    Experience presenting to varying levels of leadership, with excellent fluency in PowerPoint to support presentation needs.
•    Proficient ability to analyze metrics and information; ensuring activities and strategies are data driven.
•    Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgement and ability to manage competing priorities.
•    Ability to convey messaging, including value proposition to influence sites.
•    Ability to self-direct, persevere, manage efficient meetings, communicate at the right time / right amount.
•    Agile mindset.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
•    Bachelor's Degree Health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent. 
•    7+ years relevant industry experience with 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
•    Experience with account management or customer success initiatives.
•    Experience managing change.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $117,600.00 - $218,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
