About Us: Join our visionary USPB Digital Team, where we are dedicated to revolutionizing the Becoming-A-Client (prospecting to onboarding) advisor, client and onboarder experience through cutting-edge digital solutions. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Digital Product Owner to lead the development and execution of product strategies that will redefine how our advisors and onboarders engage with our digital platforms.
Position Summary: As an Associate Digital Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process by working closely with senior product owners, advisors, and onboarders. Your background as an advisor or onboarder will be invaluable in helping to identify user needs and assist in the creation of digital solutions that improve the overall experience. This position is focused on creating a new unified onboarding experience that will be more collaborative and delightful for advisors, clients, and onboarders.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from advisors, onboarders, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure product designs meet user needs and provide a seamless experience.
  • Work with development teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Participate in user testing sessions and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to support product development efforts.
  • Communicate updates and progress to senior product owners and other team members.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience as an advisor or onboarder, with a solid understanding of the challenges and needs in these roles.
  • Strong interest in digital product development and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
