Position overview:
We’re looking for an ambitious National Sales Director to lead and grow our business at the national level across the United States with large, enterprise clients. In this sales-focused role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth nationwide. This role offers a competitive base salary and a highly rewarding commission structure, presenting substantial earning potential. Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a national sales plan, identifying growth opportunities across multiple markets and employing effective strategies to exceed revenue goals.
- Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients across the U.S., offering tailored staffing solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads nationwide.
- Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities in light industrial and skilled trades sectors on a national scale.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating the value of our platform and how our staffing solutions address client challenges.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across the U.S. to refine your sales strategy.
Nationwide Travel: Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and foster relationships that drive national sales growth.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling staffing solutions, particularly in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries, at a national level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives.Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States to meet clients and generate new business. (25% - 50% travel)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
