Who you are

We are looking for a highly driven, full-cycle sales professional who is passionate about helping our customers succeed by selling our Experience Curriculum product. You are a natural relationship builder—someone who thrives on connecting with people, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You’re excited to spend your day engaging with customers over Zoom and phone calls, guiding them through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

You’re a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and go-getter who loves a challenge and consistently strives to deliver the best possible product to each customer. Your curiosity drives you to learn quickly and adapt, ensuring you always stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’re not just passionate about sales; you’re deeply committed to making a difference in education and technology. Working at a rapidly growing startup excites you because you thrive in environments where roles, goals, and opportunities are evolving every day. If you're ready to take ownership of your success and play a key role in our growth, we want you on our team!

What you’ll do

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new leads through proactive cold calling, email outreach, texting, and other creative channels. Use your initiative to generate high-quality sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
  • Sales Demos & Presentations: Conduct compelling, high-energy product demos to our existing customers for our Experience Curriculum product that directly address customer pain points and drive action. Present our solutions in a way that resonates with each prospect, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the decision-making process to close deals.
  • Develop Deep Product Knowledge: Continuously build and maintain an expert-level understanding of our Education Curriculum product, ensuring you can articulate its value in ways that speak to the unique needs of different customer segments.
  • Execute a Results-Oriented Sales Strategy: Craft and execute a targeted sales strategy that is aligned with our objectives, ensuring consistent performance in exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in schools and other organizations. Understand their specific needs and challenges to position our solutions as the best fit.
  • Customized Sales Presentations: Tailor every presentation to the individual needs of each customer, using active listening and strategic questioning to ensure you are providing a solution that meets their unique requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Own the entire deal-closing process— your ability to close is essential to your success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Always be looking for ways to improve the sales demo process, materials, and strategies. Gather feedback from customers and colleagues to enhance effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the key voice for our customers within the organization, delivering feedback and insights to Product, Engineering, and other teams to help shape our offerings and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:

  • We are looking for a top-performing sales professional with a proven ability to exceed ambitious goals and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven Sales Success: A history of consistently surpassing challenging sales targets, demonstrating resilience, drive, and accountability.
  • High-Volume Sales Expertise: Comfort with a high-velocity sales approach, making 50+ calls per day and conducting 5-7 demos, while maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Exceptional Communication and Organization: A mastery of communication, time management, and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and opportunities.
  • Adaptability in a Startup Environment: High comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate evolving goals, processes, and structures as we scale our team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and other relevant tools to track and manage your pipeline effectively.

  • If you're a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for early childhood education and thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture, we want to hear from you. Join our growing team and make an impact on a mission that matters!
