Shading Artist - Unreal Engine
We are seeking a skilled Unreal Shading Artist with profound experience with HLSL shading language, Substance Designer, and a strong focus on automotive visualization. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of professional experience working with Epic’s Unreal Engine and a true passion for automotive visualization. Role & Responsibilities
- As an experienced Shading-Artist, you will work on challenging projects for premium clients, delivering the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- You will create, manage, and optimize materials and shaders for high-end stills and cinematics in Unreal Engine, ensuring they meet the performance requirements of real-time applications.
- You will set up and optimize shaders and materials using Substance Designer and Unreal Engine.
- You are committed to delivering work that upholds the highest standards of visual and technical quality.
- You will work closely with our development team to continuously enhance our CG pipeline and workflows.
- As a team player, you will work alongside a dedicated and expanding team of highly motivated CG artists.
Required Skills
- You have at least 4 years of production experience, ideally in automotive visualization using Unreal Engine
- Proven experience in PBR material development and HLSL shading language
- Accustomed to working with complex CGI pipelines
- Driven by a deep interest in creating high-quality visualizations
- You are an independent and structured worker.
- Strong passion for automotive projects
- Excellent time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Additional expertise in scripting and experience with Unreal Blueprints
