Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily team functions to ensure processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all Credit Control and Quality Control requests and queries are reviewed and resolved promptly while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address pending issues.
- Support the refinement of operational procedures and ensure the accurate recording of submissions, policies, and amendments in the system, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks by monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and audit findings while implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Coordinate team resources to ensure business continuity and oversee the completion of data checks, reconciliation reports, and MEMO preparations to maintain operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while providing technical assistance and facilitating professional growth.
- Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and smooth resolution of operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes, ensuring operational activities adhere to internal controls and company guidelines.
- To perform any additional duties or projects assigned by your line manager or senior management as needed.
Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience Required:
+5 years Operations or related insurance experience
Training Required:
First time manager, Leadership and management trainings/ certificates
Languages:
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Key Competencies
Good PC skills including Microsoft office
