The Role

Join our European Performance Analytics team as a Data Analyst, where you'll take on a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our data processes. You'll be instrumental in driving key team projects and will serve as the primary liaison with the European Data team to address data quality issues and facilitate the migration to the Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a dynamic team environment while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Leverage your technical expertise in a business-facing capacity, perfect for individuals eager to gain a deep understanding of business functions.
• Be responsible for the continuous improvement and evolution of the team’s data processes.
• Play a significant role in the team’s transition to the Azure cloud platform.

Technical must-have

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science / Mathematic / Economics / Statistics (or similar)
• Solid background in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics with both an understanding of the concepts and the delivery of some projects (min. 3 years)
• Previous experience in SQL
• Proven experience of deriving value from data by using data analytics
• Fluent in English, verbally and written

• Experience in the Insurance sector or Financial Services
