POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide support to Centralized Utilization Management Director and other Care Management Directors. Support Franciscan Care Management teams with Epic care management modules, Epic work queues, and other solutions by working closely with Franciscan teams responsible for care management platforms.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
-
Support Utilization Management (UM) Director with UM processes.

Develop reports for Franciscan senior leadership and Utilization and Care Management teams.

Provide support with Epic Care Management (CM) modules and other vendor solutions with close collaboration with Franciscan IS team.

Support leadership in strategic planning.

Support leadership with Franciscan initiatives and hard wiring processes.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree - Required

Master's Degree - Preferred

8 years UM leadership - Required
